Job Description:

We are in search of a proficient Oracle CPQ Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in sales operations, product configuration, pricing, and quoting processes, with extensive experience in Oracle CPQ implementation and customization. As an Oracle CPQ Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, configuring, and optimizing CPQ solutions to streamline sales processes and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand business requirements and sales processes.
• Design and configure Oracle CPQ solutions to meet client needs, including product configuration, pricing rules, discounting structures, and quote generation workflows.
• Customize Oracle CPQ functionalities to align with client-specific requirements and industry best practices.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to educate users on Oracle CPQ functionality and usage.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of Oracle CPQ implementations.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle CPQ applications, including identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver successful Oracle CPQ implementations.
• Stay updated on new features and enhancements in Oracle CPQ and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in sales operations, with a focus on CPQ solutions.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, product configurations, pricing strategies, and quoting methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ module, including configuration rules, workflows, approval processes, and integration with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Oracle CPQ configuration and customization.
• Experience with Oracle ERP integration and data migration for CPQ implementations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle CPQ certification(s) or relevant Oracle certifications in sales operations.
• Experience with other Oracle sales cloud modules, such as Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC) or Oracle Engagement Cloud.
• Knowledge of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) for reporting and analysis of sales performance data.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
• Understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements in sales operations, such as those in manufacturing, technology, or services sectors.
