Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle WMS Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management processes and extensive experience with Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS). As an Oracle WMS Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing warehouse management solutions for our clients using Oracle applications.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their warehouse management requirements and business processes.
• Design and configure Oracle WMS solutions to meet client needs, including inventory management, order fulfillment, receiving, shipping, and warehouse optimization.
• Customize Oracle WMS functionalities to align with client-specific requirements and industry best practices.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on Oracle WMS functionality and usage.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of Oracle WMS implementations.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle WMS applications, including identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on new features and enhancements in Oracle WMS and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver successful Oracle WMS implementations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in warehouse management with a focus on Oracle WMS.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle WMS module, including inventory control, warehouse layout configuration, and integration with other supply chain systems.
• Proficiency in Oracle WMS configuration and customization.
• Experience with Oracle ERP integration and data migration for WMS implementations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle WMS certification(s) or relevant Oracle certifications in supply chain management.
• Experience with other Oracle supply chain modules, such as Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) or Oracle Inventory Management (INV).
• Knowledge of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) for reporting and visualization of warehouse management data.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
• Understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements in warehouse management, such as those in manufacturing, distribution, or retail.
