The Oracle HCM Global HR and ORC Specialist will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, specifically focusing on Global HR. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of Oracle HCM Global HR modules with other business systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Configure, customize, and maintain Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, with a focus on Global HR functionality.
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud.
  3. Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations to meet global HR business needs.
  4. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Oracle HCM Cloud applications, particularly in the area of Global HR.
  5. Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist in the development of test plans and scripts related to Global HR functionality.
  6. Participate in upgrade projects and patches for Oracle HCM Cloud applications, focusing on enhancements related to Global HR processes.
  7. Stay updated on Oracle Cloud releases, patches, and new features related to Human Capital Management to provide recommendations for optimization and enhancement.
  8. Document technical specifications, configurations, and customizations specific to Oracle HCM Global HR and ORC.
  9. Train end-users and provide technical guidance and support as needed, particularly in the area of Global HR processes and procedures.
  10. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure system stability and performance for Global HR operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, with a focus on Global HR.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Global HR, Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM configurations, customizations, and integrations, specifically tailored to Global HR requirements.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud releases, patches, and new features.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Oracle certifications in HCM Cloud are a plus.
