The Oracle EPM PCMS Functional Specialist will be responsible for leading and supporting the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications, specifically focusing on Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS). The successful candidate will have extensive experience in crafting PCMCS security, Data Management (FDMEE), report design, dashboard creation, analysis views, and profit curves.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design and implementation of PCMCS security to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
  2. Configure and manage Data Management (FDMEE) processes for data integration and loading into PCMCS applications.
  3. Design and develop reports using Oracle EPM reporting tools such as Financial Reporting Studio and Smart View.
  4. Create interactive dashboards and analysis views to provide insights into profitability and cost data.
  5. Develop profit curves and other analytical models to support decision-making processes.
  6. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within PCMCS.
  7. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams during the implementation and customization of PCMCS applications.
  8. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users on PCMCS functionality, security, and best practices.
  9. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in PCMCS application development and deployment.
  10. Stay updated on Oracle EPM releases, patches, and new features related to PCMCS to provide recommendations for optimization and enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EPM applications, with a focus on PCMCS.
  • Strong expertise in crafting PCMCS security, Data Management (FDMEE), report design, dashboard creation, analysis views, and profit curves.
  • Proficiency in Oracle EPM reporting tools such as Financial Reporting Studio and Smart View.
  • Experience in Hyperion EPM application development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Oracle certifications in EPM or related areas are a plus.
