Freelance Oracle EPM PCMS Technical Specialist.

The Oracle EPM Budgeting Techno-Functional Specialist will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Budgeting solutions. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the technical aspects of implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications, specifically focusing on Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS).
• Design and implement PCMCS security measures to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Configure and manage Data Management (FDMEE) processes for seamless data integration and loading into PCMCS applications.
• Develop robust reports using Oracle EPM reporting tools such as Financial Reporting Studio and Smart View.
• Create interactive dashboards and analysis views to provide actionable insights into profitability and cost data.
• Design and implement profit curves and other analytical models to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Conduct thorough testing of rules and perform end-to-end validation of the allocation process to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within PCMCS.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams throughout the implementation and customization of PCMCS applications.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end-users on PCMCS functionality, security practices, and best practices.
• Stay updated on Oracle EPM releases, patches, and new features related to PCMCS to offer recommendations for optimization and enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EPM applications, with a strong focus on PCMCS.
• Extensive expertise in crafting PCMCS security, Data Management (FDMEE), report design, dashboard creation, analysis views, profit curves, testing rules, and end-to-end validation of allocation processes.
• Proficiency in Oracle EPM reporting tools such as Financial Reporting Studio and Smart View.
• Experience in Hyperion EPM application development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Oracle certifications in EPM or related areas are advantageous.
