Freelance Oracle HCM Absence and OTL Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Configure, customize, and maintain Oracle HCM modules related to Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle HCM.
  • Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations to meet absence and time management business needs.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Oracle HCM applications, particularly in the areas of Absence Management and OTL.
  • Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist in the development of test plans and scripts related to absence and time management functionality.
  • Participate in upgrade projects and patches for Oracle HCM applications, focusing on enhancements related to absence and time management processes.
  • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud releases, patches, and new features related to Human Capital Management to provide recommendations for optimization and enhancement.
  • Document technical specifications, configurations, and customizations specific to Oracle HCM Absence Management and OTL modules.
  • Train end-users and provide technical guidance and support as needed, particularly in the areas of Absence Management and OTL processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure system stability and performance for absence and time management operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, with a focus on Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules such as Absence Management, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Core HR, and Payroll.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM configurations, customizations, and integrations, specifically tailored to absence and time management requirements.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud releases, patches, and new features.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Oracle certifications in HCM Cloud are a plus.
