The Oracle HCM Absence and OTL Specialist will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, specifically focusing on Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL). The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of Oracle HCM modules with other business systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Configure, customize, and maintain Oracle HCM modules related to Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle HCM.
  3. Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations to meet absence and time management business needs.
  4. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Oracle HCM applications, particularly in the areas of Absence Management and OTL.
  5. Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist in the development of test plans and scripts related to absence and time management functionality.
  6. Participate in upgrade projects and patches for Oracle HCM applications, focusing on enhancements related to absence and time management processes.
  7. Stay updated on Oracle Cloud releases, patches, and new features related to Human Capital Management to provide recommendations for optimization and enhancement.
  8. Document technical specifications, configurations, and customizations specific to Oracle HCM Absence Management and OTL modules.
  9. Train end-users and provide technical guidance and support as needed, particularly in the areas of Absence Management and OTL processes and procedures.
  10. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure system stability and performance for absence and time management operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, with a focus on Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules such as Absence Management, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Core HR, and Payroll.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM configurations, customizations, and integrations, specifically tailored to absence and time management requirements.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud releases, patches, and new features.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Oracle certifications in HCM Cloud are a plus.
