Oracle OIC with VBCS

Job Description:

As an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) with Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) Consultant, your role involves configuring OIC to integrate various applications and systems, while leveraging VBCS to develop custom web and mobile applications. You collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration requirements, design integration flows, and implement data mappings within OIC. Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud and Visual Builder Cloud Service, along with expertise in integration patterns, RESTful APIs, and web services, is essential. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication are crucial for delivering solutions that meet client needs. Staying updated with the latest features and capabilities of OIC and VBCS ensures the delivery of innovative integration solutions. Providing training and support to end-users and stakeholders facilitates successful adoption and utilization of integrated systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

   • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements for various applications and systems.
   • Understand business processes and data flows to design effective integration solutions.

2. Solution Design and Configuration:

   • Design integration flows using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to connect different applications and systems.
   • Configure OIC adapters, connections, and data mappings to enable seamless data exchange between systems.
   • Develop custom web and mobile applications using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to meet specific business needs.

3. Development and Implementation:

   • Develop RESTful APIs and web services to facilitate data integration and communication between systems.
   • Implement integration patterns and best practices to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of integration solutions.
   • Collaborate with development teams to customize and extend OIC and VBCS functionalities as needed.

4. Testing and Quality Assurance:

   • Develop and execute test plans and scripts to validate the functionality and performance of integration solutions.
   • Conduct system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing to ensure the reliability of integrated systems.

5. Training and Support:

   • Provide comprehensive training to end-users and stakeholders on using integrated systems, OIC, and VBCS.
   • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth adoption and utilization of integrated solutions.
