Job Description:

As an Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Consultant, your responsibilities revolve around implementing, configuring, and supporting the Oracle Recruiting Cloud solution for clients. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs, configuring ORC modules to align with those needs, and providing training and support to end-users.

Your expertise includes knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud functionalities, familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices, and proficiency in Oracle HCM implementation methodologies. Effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions are essential for success in this role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their recruitment processes, challenges, and objectives.
    • Analyze existing recruitment systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization using Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
  2. Solution Design and Configuration:

    • Design and configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules to streamline recruitment processes, including job requisition management, candidate sourcing, assessment, and onboarding.
    • Customize workflows, templates, and notifications to align with client-specific recruitment needs and best practices.
  3. Integration and Implementation:

    • Integrate Oracle Recruiting Cloud with other systems and applications, such as HRIS and career websites, to ensure seamless data exchange and end-to-end recruitment process automation.
    • Lead the implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions, managing all phases of the project from planning to deployment.
  4. Testing and Quality Assurance:

    • Develop and execute test plans and scripts to validate Oracle Recruiting Cloud configurations and customizations.
    • Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the reliability and accuracy of recruitment processes.
  5. Training and Support:

    • Provide comprehensive training to end-users on Oracle Recruiting Cloud functionality, workflows, and best practices.
    • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of Oracle Recruiting Cloud systems.
