We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technofunctional professional with expertise in UK Benefits administration to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM modules, focusing specifically on UK-specific benefits functionalities. You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, customize solutions, conduct system testing, and provide end-user training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Analysis: Analyze business requirements related to UK Benefits administration and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle HCM modules.

  2. Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules to meet UK-specific benefits requirements, including plan options, enrolment, and policy features.

  3. System Testing: Conduct system testing to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of Oracle HCM configurations with UK Benefits regulations and policies.

  4. End-User Training and Support: Provide end-user training and support on Oracle HCM modules, assisting with employee eligibility, claim issues, and other related inquiries.

  5. Project Management: Work on new projects related to policy changes, system design enhancements, and new offerings, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure successful implementation.

  6. Interface Management: Interface with Oracle web tools to support client’s payroll and other modules, ensuring seamless integration and data exchange.

  7. Independent Role Execution: Complete assigned tasks independently within defined policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment and problem-solving skills.

Key Skills:

  1. Oracle HCM Cloud: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, with a focus on UK Benefits administration and configuration.

  2. UK Benefits Expertise: In-depth knowledge of UK Benefits processes, regulations, plan options, and policy features.

  3. Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in Oracle HCM configuration, customization, and system testing.

  4. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  5. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

  6. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

  7. Project Management: Experience in project management, including planning, coordination, and execution of project tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in Oracle Cloud implementations within UK-based organizations.
  2. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
