Job Description:

We are seeking a proficient Oracle EPM Consultant with expertise in ARCS to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and enterprise performance management, coupled with extensive experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EPM solutions, particularly Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). As an Oracle EPM Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to understand their reconciliation and close processes, design solutions, and configure Oracle EPM applications to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather and analyze reconciliation and close process requirements.
  • Design and configure Oracle EPM solutions, including ARCS, to meet client needs for account reconciliation, close management, and compliance.
  • Customize Oracle EPM applications to align with client-specific requirements and industry best practices.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to educate users on Oracle EPM functionality and usage, particularly ARCS.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of Oracle EPM implementations.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle EPM applications, including identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver successful Oracle EPM implementations.
  • Stay updated on new features and enhancements in Oracle EPM applications, particularly ARCS, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience as an Oracle EPM Consultant with expertise in ARCS.
  • Strong understanding of reconciliation and close management processes.
  • Proficiency in Oracle EPM applications, particularly ARCS, including configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Hands-on experience with data integration, data mapping, and data transformation processes within Oracle EPM applications.
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oracle EPM certification(s) or relevant Oracle certifications in ARCS implementation and support.
