We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technofunctional professional with expertise in UK Benefits administration to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM modules with a focus on UK-specific benefits functionalities. You will collaborate closely with clients to analyze business requirements, customize solutions, conduct system testing, and provide end-user training and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Oracle HCM Cloud modules and have in-depth knowledge of UK Benefits processes and regulations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities are essential, along with previous experience in Oracle Cloud implementations within UK-based organizations. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize expert domain knowledge in HCM to contribute to the entire hire-to-retire cycle within Oracle HCM implementations.
  • Lead and participate in at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, with a focus on HCM Cloud for at least 3 projects.
  • Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules, particularly focusing on Benefits Functional and Payroll Modules.
  • Gain a deep understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and their data flow to ensure effective configuration and integration.
  • Engage with clients in requirement-gathering workshops, design sessions, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Provide strong leadership by planning and allocating work effectively, mentoring team members, and providing regular status updates to the Project Manager.
  • Actively contribute to problem-solving efforts, assisting in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues and problems.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, while interacting with clients and team members.
  • Exhibit flexibility and willingness to travel domestically or internationally for short and long durations as required by project needs.

Skills:

  • 8-10 years of expert domain knowledge in Human Capital Management (HCM), with at least 5 end-to-end implementations.
  • Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, particularly Benefits Functional and Payroll Modules.
  • Strong understanding of UK Benefits processes and regulations.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Leadership capabilities, including planning, work allocation, mentorship, and status reporting.
  • Problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying and resolving complex functional issues.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically or internationally as required by project demands.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
