Oracle Process Manufacturing

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Process Manufacturing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes and extensive experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) solutions. As an Oracle Process Manufacturing Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to understand their manufacturing requirements, design solutions, and configure Oracle OPM applications to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze manufacturing requirements, including batch processing, recipe management, and quality control.
• Design and configure Oracle Process Manufacturing solutions to meet client needs for production planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Customize Oracle OPM applications to align with client-specific requirements and industry best practices.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to educate users on Oracle OPM functionality and usage.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of Oracle OPM implementations.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle OPM applications, including identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver successful Oracle OPM implementations.
• Stay updated on new features and enhancements in Oracle OPM applications and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience as an Oracle Process Manufacturing Consultant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in process industries such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals.
• Proficiency in Oracle Process Manufacturing applications, including Process Manufacturing Inventory (PMI), Process Manufacturing Costing (PMC), and Process Manufacturing Process Execution (PMX).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle OPM configuration, customization, and administration.
• Knowledge of batch processing, recipe management, and quality control practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Oracle Process Manufacturing certification(s) or relevant Oracle certifications in manufacturing implementation and support.
