Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion CX Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer experience management and extensive experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion CX solutions. As an Oracle Fusion CX Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to understand their customer relationship management (CRM) requirements, design solutions, and configure Oracle Fusion CX applications to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze CRM requirements across sales, marketing, and service functions.
  • Design and configure Oracle Fusion CX solutions to meet client needs for sales automation, marketing automation, and customer service management.
  • Customize Oracle Fusion CX applications to align with client-specific requirements and industry best practices.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to educate users on Oracle Fusion CX functionality and usage.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of Oracle Fusion CX implementations.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion CX applications, including identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver successful Oracle Fusion CX implementations.
  • Stay updated on new features and enhancements in Oracle Fusion CX applications and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion CX Consultant or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion CX applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion CX configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, and service processes and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oracle Fusion CX certification(s) or relevant Oracle certifications in CRM implementation and support.
