Oracle SCM Fusion

We are seeking a skilled Oracle SCM Fusion Consultant with expertise in Manufacturing and Order Management (OM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with functional knowledge, particularly in Production Scheduling, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Planning, Maintenance, Supply Planning, and Demand Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions in Oracle SCM Fusion.
• Develop and implement PaaS extensions for Production Scheduling, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Planning, and Manufacturing.
• Provide technical expertise in Oracle SCM modules, with a focus on Manufacturing and Order Management.
• Participate in the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Configure and customize Oracle SCM Fusion applications to meet business needs.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (5-9+ years) working with Oracle SCM Fusion.
• In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing and Order Management modules, including Production Scheduling, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Planning, Maintenance, Supply Planning, and Demand Planning.
• Strong technical skills, with proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle PaaS, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Experience with PaaS extension development for Oracle SCM Fusion applications.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle SCM Fusion certification.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in Supply Chain Management.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
