Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in data migrations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical and functional aspects of Oracle HCM Cloud applications, along with extensive experience in migrating HR data from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud. As an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to understand their HR business processes, design solutions, and ensure successful data migrations to Oracle HCM Cloud.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze HR business requirements and data migration needs.
  • Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to meet client needs for core HR, payroll, benefits, talent management, and other HR modules.
  • Develop data migration strategies, plans, and mappings for migrating HR data from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities to cleanse, validate, and migrate HR data.
  • Develop custom data conversion scripts, interfaces, and integrations to facilitate data migrations.
  • Conduct data migration testing, including validation of migrated data and reconciliation with source systems.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to project teams during data migration activities.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to ensure data migration solutions meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including data migration specifications, mappings, and procedures.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams on data migration processes and best practices.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in data migrations.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including core HR, payroll, benefits, talent management, and other HR modules.
  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud data migration tools and techniques, such as HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL), and HCM Extracts.
  • Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using tools such as Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Informatica, or SQL scripts.
  • Knowledge of HR data models, structures, and standards.
  • Familiarity with HR business processes and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
