Job Description:

We are currently seeking a proficient Infor Technical Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering Infor software solutions, and ensuring system stability, performance, and security. As an Infor Technical Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our Infor applications to meet business needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Infor software solutions, including updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance and availability of Infor applications.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Infor applications, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations.
• Configure and manage integrations between Infor applications and other systems, databases, and third-party tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical expertise and support for Infor applications.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including installation guides, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Stay updated on new features and enhancements in Infor software solutions and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Provide training and support to end-users and administrators on Infor applications and related technologies.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in administering Infor software solutions.
• Strong understanding of Infor software products such as Infor LN, Infor M3, or Infor CloudSuite.
• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining Infor applications and related components.
• Experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in Infor environments.
• Knowledge of database administration concepts, particularly SQL Server or Oracle.
• Familiarity with integration technologies and tools used in Infor environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
