We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products, services, and brand. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, optimize digital channels, and drive online traffic and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Development: Develop digital marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  2. Content Creation: Create and curate compelling content for various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, email, and digital advertising.
  3. SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO) and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase visibility and drive traffic.
  4. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) by creating engaging content, monitoring conversations, and interacting with followers.
  5. Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking, to nurture leads and retain customers.
  6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  7. Paid Advertising: Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
  8. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities to improve website and landing page performance and implement CRO strategies to increase conversion rates.
  9. Marketing Automation: Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows, including lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital marketing.

Key Skills:

  1. Digital Marketing Tools: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, and marketing automation software.
  2. Content Creation: Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for digital channels.
  3. SEO and SEM: Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience managing SEM campaigns, including keyword research, bidding strategies, and ad copywriting.
  4. Social Media Management: Experience managing social media accounts for businesses, including content creation, community management, and performance tracking.
  5. Email Marketing: Familiarity with email marketing best practices, including segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability optimization.
  6. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize digital marketing campaigns and improve performance.
  7. Creativity: Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative and effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
