Infor Tester

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Infor Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in testing Infor software solutions, particularly within ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as Infor LN, Infor M3, or Infor CloudSuite. As an Infor Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Infor implementations and customizations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Infor software solutions.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of Infor applications.
• Identify and document defects and issues using appropriate bug tracking tools.
• Work closely with developers and business analysts to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders to validate solution functionality and usability.
• Provide regular status updates on testing progress and communicate any risks or concerns to project management.
• Participate in post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in software testing, with specific experience in testing ERP systems.
• Proficiency in testing Infor ERP solutions such as Infor LN, Infor M3, or Infor CloudSuite.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
• Experience with test planning, test case design, and test execution.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira, HP ALM, or Bugzilla.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and articulate issues clearly.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
