D365 Functional

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 (D365) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, process optimization, and solution implementation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. As a D365 Functional Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, design solutions, and configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and recommend solutions using Dynamics 365 applications.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions to understand client processes, document functional specifications, and create solution designs.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Finance and Operations, and Project Service Automation, to meet client requirements.
• Implement best practices for business process automation, workflow optimization, and data management within Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems using Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, and other integration tools.
• Provide end-user training and support during the implementation and post-go-live phases.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Stay updated on new features and enhancements in Dynamics 365 applications and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 applications and modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Finance and Operations, and Project Service Automation.
• Experience with business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 using Power Platform tools, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of data migration and integration best practices within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
