Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 (D365) Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, customization, and integration using Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. As a D365 Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting technical solutions within Dynamics 365 to meet the business needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 applications using platform capabilities such as Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Develop customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 applications.
• Design and implement data migration strategies to move data into and out of Dynamics 365 applications.
• Configure and deploy Azure services such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus for integrations and customizations.
• Implement security models and role-based access controls within Dynamics 365 applications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during the implementation and post-go-live phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers to deliver successful Dynamics 365 implementations.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 applications and modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Operations, and Field Service.
• Proficiency in customizing Dynamics 365 using platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience with .NET development, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture.
• Experience with data migration and integration techniques within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and project teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
