Oracle OTM

Job Description: We are seeking a talented Oracle OTM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and transportation management, coupled with extensive experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Transportation Management solutions. As an Oracle OTM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing OTM solutions to meet the transportation needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their transportation management requirements and business processes.
• Design and configure Oracle OTM solutions to meet client needs, including transportation planning, execution, freight payment, and freight audit.
• Customize Oracle OTM functionalities to align with client-specific requirements and industry best practices.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to educate users on Oracle OTM functionality and usage.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of Oracle OTM implementations.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle OTM applications, including identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver successful Oracle OTM implementations.
• Stay updated on new features and enhancements in Oracle OTM and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience as an Oracle OTM Consultant.
• Strong understanding of transportation management processes, including carrier selection, route optimization, shipment planning, and tracking.
• Proficiency in Oracle OTM configuration and customization.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle OTM modules, including Order Management, Shipment Management, Freight Payment, and Business Process Automation.
• Knowledge of transportation industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Oracle OTM certification(s) or relevant Oracle certifications in transportation management.
