Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and extensive experience in implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules. As an Oracle EBS HRMS Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing HRMS solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand HR processes within Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • Design and configure Oracle EBS HRMS solutions to meet client needs, including core HR, self-service HR, payroll, benefits administration, and talent management.
  • Customize Oracle EBS HRMS functionalities to align with client-specific requirements and industry best practices.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to educate users on Oracle EBS HRMS functionality and usage.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of Oracle EBS HRMS implementations.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS HRMS applications, including identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver successful Oracle EBS HRMS implementations.
  • Stay updated on new features and enhancements in Oracle EBS HRMS and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience as an Oracle EBS HRMS Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules, including core HR, payroll, self-service HR, benefits administration, and talent management.
  • Proficiency in Oracle HRMS configuration and customization.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS APIs, Fast Formula, and Personalization.
  • Experience with Oracle Payroll processing, including payroll setup, elements, balances, and payroll runs.
  • Knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements related to HR and payroll processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oracle EBS HRMS certification(s) or relevant Oracle certifications in HRMS implementation and support.
