We are seeking a proficient Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) and PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) Consultant to enhance our team. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their financial planning and budgeting needs, configuring Oracle EPM and PBCS solutions, and providing expert guidance on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their financial planning and budgeting requirements and objectives.
  2. Workshops and Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops and gather requirements to identify client needs and design appropriate solutions.
  3. Solution Design: Design Oracle EPM and PBCS solutions tailored to meet client requirements, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
  4. System Configuration: Configure Oracle EPM and PBCS modules, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling, to align with client needs.
  5. End-User Training: Provide end-user training and support during system implementation and post-implementation phases to ensure successful adoption.
  6. System Setup: Configure system setups, including data integration, metadata management, and financial analysis functionalities within Oracle EPM and PBCS.
  7. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and integrity of configured solutions through thorough testing and validation processes.
  8. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and best practices.
  9. Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, to ensure project success.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Oracle EPM and PBCS updates, features, and industry trends to provide value-added solutions to clients.

Key Skills:

  1. Finance Operations: Strong grasp of finance operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
  2. Oracle EPM and PBCS Modules: Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM and PBCS modules, including Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service.
  3. Solution Architecture: Ability to design and architect Oracle EPM and PBCS solutions tailored to meet client needs.
  4. Data Integration: Proficiency in data integration techniques and tools within the Oracle EPM and PBCS environment.
  5. Financial Analysis: Experience with financial analysis functionalities within Oracle EPM and PBCS, including reporting and analytics.
  6. Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  7. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex issues and challenges during solution design and implementation.
  8. Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  9. Certifications: Relevant certifications in Oracle EPM and PBCS are advantageous.
  10. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
