We’re looking for a talented Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) and ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients to understand their financial consolidation, planning, and reconciliation needs. Your responsibilities will include configuring Oracle EPM and ARCS solutions, providing expert guidance on best practices, conducting workshops, gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring system setups, and providing end-user training and support. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of finance operations and hands-on experience with Oracle EPM and ARCS modules, including financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and account reconciliation. Proficiency in data integration, metadata management, and financial modeling within Oracle EPM and ARCS is desirable. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in Oracle EPM and ARCS implementations and relevant certifications are preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial consolidation, planning, and reconciliation requirements.
  • Configure Oracle EPM and ARCS solutions to meet client needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and recommend solutions.
  • Conduct workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders.
  • Design solutions and configure system setups accordingly.
  • Provide end-user training and support.
  • Ensure the successful implementation and adoption of Oracle EPM and ARCS solutions.
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Oracle EPM and ARCS.
  • Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of finance operations and principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM and ARCS modules.
  • Proficiency in data integration, metadata management, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience in Oracle EPM and ARCS implementations.
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle EPM and ARCS are preferred.
