By using Workisy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Workisy

Accurate info

All information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete

Maintenance

You must maintain the accuracy of your account information at all times

Candidates

Create profiles, upload resumes, search and apply to job opportunities

Recruiters

Post jobs, review applications, manage candidate pipelines and interviews

Companies

Manage organizational hiring operations and team access on the platform

Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials

No fraud

No false, misleading, or fraudulent listings, profiles, or communications

No scraping

No scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction of any kind

No harassment

No harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or unsolicited messages

No malware

No malicious files, viruses, or content that violates applicable laws

Legitimate use

Platform must only be used for legitimate recruitment and job-seeking

Accurate postings

Companies must ensure job postings are accurate and non-discriminatory

Resume accuracy

Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their resume and profile data

No guarantees

Workisy does not guarantee employment outcomes for any user

Enforcement

We may remove postings or applications that violate our policies

AI capabilities

AI is used for resume parsing, candidate-job matching, and search understanding

Assistive only

AI results are assistive recommendations — they are not always perfectly accurate

Employer responsibility

All final hiring decisions are the sole responsibility of the employer

Match scores

Match scores are AI-generated recommendations, not guarantees of fit

Our IP

Platform design, source code, branding, and AI models are our intellectual property

Your content

Content you upload (resumes, profiles, etc.) remains your property

License grant

You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content

No redistribution

No copying or redistributing any part of the Platform without permission

As-is basis

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

Indirect damages

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Third-party content

Not responsible for the accuracy of other users' information

Liability cap

Total liability is capped at the amount of fees paid in the preceding 12 months

Voluntary closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service

Data handling

Data deletion upon account closure follows our Privacy Policy guidelines

Applicable law

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India

Jurisdiction

Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time as needed

Notification

Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent in-app notices

Acceptance

Continued use of Workisy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
