Welcome to Workisy, operated by APPIT Software Solutions ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our staffing and recruiting platform, including our website, mobile applications, and AI-powered services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Ownership Rights

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload. However, the license you grant us continues for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period thereafter to fulfill ongoing business obligations (such as placements in progress).

Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw this license by deleting your account and requesting removal of your information. However, information already shared with clients may not be retrievable, and we may retain certain information as required by law or legitimate business purposes.

Free Resume Builder Service

Benefits of Resume Storage

By allowing us to save your resume, you benefit from:

• Automatic matching with new job opportunities as they become available
• Priority consideration for positions that fit your qualifications
• Reduced time applying for jobs - we may submit your resume directly to employers
• Career advice and market insights based on your experience level
• Access to exclusive job openings not publicly advertised

Data Retention

We retain resumes created through the Resume Builder for up to 24 months or until you request deletion. During this period, your resume remains active in our talent matching system. You may request immediate deletion of your resume and data by emailing privacy@appitsoftware.com.

AI-Powered Services and OpenAI

AI Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-processed information before submission to employers.

User Responsibilities and Conduct

Content Accuracy

You represent and warrant that all information you provide is:

• Accurate, truthful, and complete
• Your own original work or properly licensed
• Not misleading or fraudulent
• Not in violation of any third party's rights
• Not containing confidential information from previous employers (unless authorized)

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape or harvest data from our platform
• Use our Services for any illegal purpose

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Services (excluding user-generated content) are owned by APPIT Software Solutions and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. However, by submitting content, you grant us the license described in the "Commercial Use" section above.

Payment Terms (For Employer Clients)

For employers and organizations using our staffing services:

• Fees are specified in your service agreement
• Placement fees are typically due upon candidate hire
• Refund policies are outlined in separate agreements
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless APPIT Software Solutions, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Any reason we deem necessary to protect our Services or users

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and APPIT Software Solutions regarding your use of our Services.
