Job Description
Our client is looking for candidates for ServiceNow CSM/ITSM Lead role.
This role will be a part of the Global Technology Infrastructure function and will develop sustainable solutions suitable for IT Operations, Security Operations, design and implement robust discovery and multi-source CMDB for Asset Management and ITOM.
- We are looking for a ServiceNow Techno-Functional Lead who can lead and manage the requirement gathering, design, implementation and training of the ITSM modules products using the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for leading the implementation of the project and guiding the team using best practices for ServiceNow implementation.
- You will also work with Developers, the Platform Architect and Business Stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry & company standards.
- Lead and manage the technical team of ServiceNow developers and provide techno-functional guidance and mentorship.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, flows etc. during the implementation and Hypercare phase.
- Be responsible for the technical solution through all phases of the project, support the project managers and work within a defined change management process.
- Facilitate UAT sessions and obtain sign offs to proceed with go-live.
- Work with the ServiceNow platform Architect to explore new features and functionality rolled out by ServiceNow to be included in the implementations.
Desired candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, in multi-domain SNOW environment.
- Must have CSA (Certified System Administrator) and a CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) Certification. ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge and experience of ServiceNow platform and ITSM modules.
- Excellent problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Good communication, collaboration, training, and documentation skills.
- Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provides tech knowledge and capabilities as team member and individual contributor.
Nice to Have :
- ServiceNow advanced system administration, ServiceNow ITSM fundamentals.
- ServiceNow certified implementation specialist (CIS) in the following specialties:
- Hardware asset management, ITOM discovery, ITOM Service mapping, GRC, IRM, Vulnerability Response, Customer Service Management, and SecOps Security, Incident Response.

Education:
- UG: B.Sc in Computers, B.Tech/B.E. in Computers.
- PG: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization, MCA in Computers, MS/M.Sc(Science) in Computers, PG Diploma, M.Tech in Computers.
