Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Senior Developer/Team Lead to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and validation of AI/ML solutions tailored for the U.S. Healthcare industry. This role requires a candidate with a strong technical background in Python, SQL, and Machine Learning, with a focus on developing enterprise-level AI solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building machine learning models, optimizing data pipelines, and deploying AI-driven applications that enhance business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions that address business challenges in the healthcare domain.
Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models using Python, SQL, and statistical tools.
Implement classification and clustering algorithms for advanced data insights and predictions.
Work with big data platforms to extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets efficiently.
Utilize data visualization techniques to present insights and findings to stakeholders.
Ensure model validation, including hyperparameter tuning and performance optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI/ML models with business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 8+ years of hands-on programming experience in enterprise-level software development.
Expertise in Python with strong foundational knowledge of statistical platforms such as R, SAS, or MATLAB.
At least 8 years of experience in Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and AI model development.
Proficiency in classification & clustering algorithms and their real-world applications.
Strong experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, or Power BI).
Extensive hands-on expertise with Microsoft SQL Server (MS SQL) for data processing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes, including claims filing and adjudication, is a plus.
Experience with Cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Google AI, or Microsoft Azure AI) is advantageous.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for AI model deployment.
Experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) and Computer Vision will be an added advantage.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
