• Experience in server administration (JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere).
• Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Ability to lead teams, mentor, and drive best practices in software development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a squad of developers and engineers to design, develop, and deploy robust solutions.
• Architect and manage server environments for high availability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive adoption of best practices in software development and DevOps.
• Utilize Cloud platforms for building and deploying applications.
• Containerize applications and orchestrate workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of learning and innovation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience with a focus on Java development.
• Experience leading teams and delivering projects in Agile environments.
• Proficiency in server administration and Cloud technologies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
