About the Role

We are looking for a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team at CyberShield Security in Delhi NCR, India. This is a Full-time Onsite position requiring 5-10 years of experience.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality solutions for our DevOps team, ensuring scalability and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to define and implement new features
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning sessions to maintain engineering excellence
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to engineering best practices and documentation
• Drive technical excellence and innovation within the team through research and proof-of-concept development
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver robust solutions
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal system reliability and uptime
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and infrastructure

What We're Looking For

• 5-10 years of relevant industry experience in DevOps or related fields
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a team environment
• Experience working in agile/scrum environments with iterative development cycles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively
• Track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within scope

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical blog posts
• Certifications relevant to the role
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
