Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain planning and extensive experience with SAP IBP implementation and configuration. As an SAP IBP Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing supply chain planning solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand business processes related to supply chain planning.
• Design and configure SAP IBP solutions to meet client needs, including demand planning, inventory optimization, supply planning, and sales and operations planning (S&OP).
• Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on SAP IBP functionality and best practices.
• Customize SAP IBP functionalities through the use of planning operators, key figure calculations, and custom algorithms.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of SAP IBP implementations.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP IBP applications, including identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on new features and enhancements in SAP IBP and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver successful SAP IBP implementations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in SAP supply chain planning with a focus on SAP IBP.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP modules, including Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Supply Planning, and S&OP.
• Proficiency in SAP IBP configuration and customization, including the use of planning operators and key figure calculations.
• Experience with SAP ERP integration and data migration for SAP IBP implementations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP IBP certification(s) or relevant SAP certifications in supply chain planning.
• Experience with other SAP supply chain solutions, such as SAP APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization).
• Knowledge of SAP HANA and SAP Fiori.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting and visualization of SAP IBP data.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
• Understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements in supply chain planning, such as those in manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods.
