Freelance SAP ABAP Consultant with APO and S/4 HANA Expertise.

We’re searching for experienced SAP ABAP Consultants with specialized knowledge in APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization) and S/4 HANA modules to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills in ABAP programming and hands-on experience across various SAP modules and technologies. This position requires availability during the EST shift till 2 am IST.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize expertise in RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms), OOABAP, CDS Views, OData, Adobe Form, Workflow, ALE/IDOC, and ABAP Development Tools (ADT).
• Develop and implement Database-Independent Programming with Open SQL, ABAP managed database procedures, Views, and ABAP Workbench.
• Work with at least one module of APO (DP, SNP, PPDS, GATP) or S/4 HANA (AATP, PPDS), with exposure towards CIF being an added advantage.
• Demonstrate domain understanding related to APO modules.
• Engage in data migration projects and activities.
• Collaborate on integration projects using PI/PO/CPI or any other third-party tools.
• Participate in customer workshops to understand business and technical requirements.
• Prepare technical specifications based on gathered requirements.
• Perform ABAP developments based on functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct performance optimization and debugging as needed.
• Possess a good understanding of SAP business processes such as Record-to-Report (RTR), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), etc., in ECC and S/4HANA.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SAP ABAP development with expertise in relevant technologies and tools.
• Familiarity with APO (DP, SNP, PPDS, GATP) or S/4 HANA (AATP, PPDS) modules.
• Strong understanding of database operations and ABAP Workbench.
• Ability to work in the EST shift till 2 am IST.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• SAP certification (preferred).
