Description

The Oracle SCM EBS Specialist will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite modules related to Supply Chain Management. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of Oracle SCM modules with other business systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Configure, customize, and maintain Oracle EBS modules such as Inventory Management, Order Management, Purchasing, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, and Manufacturing.
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle SCM EBS.
  3. Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations to meet business needs.
  4. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Oracle SCM EBS applications.
  5. Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist in the development of test plans and scripts.
  6. Participate in upgrade projects and patches for Oracle EBS applications.
  7. Stay updated on Oracle EBS releases, patches, and new features to provide recommendations for optimization and enhancement.
  8. Document technical specifications, configurations, and customizations.
  9. Train end-users and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
  10. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure system stability and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite modules, with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM EBS modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, and Manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
  • Experience with Oracle EBS R12, R11i, or later versions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Oracle certifications in SCM or EBS are a plus.
