Description

The Oracle SCM EBS – EAM Specialist will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite modules related to Enterprise Asset Management. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of Oracle SCM EAM modules with other business systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Configure, customize, and maintain Oracle EBS modules specific to Enterprise Asset Management, including Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and related modules such as Inventory Management, Maintenance Management, Work Order Management, and Procurement.
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle SCM EBS – EAM.
  3. Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations to meet business needs, particularly in the area of Enterprise Asset Management.
  4. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Oracle SCM EBS – EAM applications.
  5. Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist in the development of test plans and scripts related to Enterprise Asset Management.
  6. Participate in upgrade projects and patches for Oracle EBS applications, focusing on enhancements related to Enterprise Asset Management functionality.
  7. Stay updated on Oracle EBS releases, patches, and new features related to Enterprise Asset Management to provide recommendations for optimization and enhancement.
  8. Document technical specifications, configurations, and customizations specific to Oracle SCM EBS – EAM.
  9. Train end-users and provide technical guidance and support as needed, particularly in the area of Enterprise Asset Management processes and procedures.
  10. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure system stability and performance for Enterprise Asset Management operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite modules, with a focus on Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM EBS modules such as Oracle Enterprise Asset Management, Inventory Management, Maintenance Management, Work Order Management, and Procurement.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS configurations, customizations, and integrations, specifically tailored to Enterprise Asset Management requirements.
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
  • Experience with Oracle EBS R12, R11i, or later versions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Oracle certifications in SCM or EBS are a plus, particularly those related to Enterprise Asset Management
