Oracle HCM Consultant Experience 7+ years Remote Job

Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced Senior HCM Consultants to join our team for the NA Time Zone Shift (5:30 pm – 2:30 am IST). The ideal candidates will have extensive expertise in various modules of HCM (Human Capital Management) with a focus on Global HR and ORC, Talent Management, Learning Management, Compensation Management, Benefits Administration, Absence Management, OTL (Oracle Time and Labor), and US Payroll.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultation and support in implementing and maintaining HCM solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver effective HCM implementations.
• Configure and customize HCM modules based on client needs and business requirements.
• Lead and participate in workshops, meetings, and training sessions with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during HCM implementation and post-go-live support phases.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features in HCM systems to continuously improve service delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting HCM solutions.
• Proficiency in various HCM modules including:
  • Global HR and ORC
  • Talent Management
  • Learning Management
  • Compensation Management
  • Benefits Administration
  • Absence Management
  • Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)
  • US Payroll
• Strong understanding of HCM processes, configurations, and integrations.
• Experience working with leading HCM software platforms such as Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in relevant HCM modules or platforms.
• Experience working in a consulting environment.
• Knowledge of HCM-related compliance regulations and best practices.
