Job Description:

As an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions utilizing Oracle’s cloud-based platform. Your expertise will be crucial in connecting various applications, systems, and services to streamline business processes and optimize data flow. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Design:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
    • Design integration architectures and develop technical specifications for OIC-based solutions.
    • Identify and apply appropriate integration patterns to address specific business needs.
  2. Development and Configuration:

    • Configure OIC components to establish connections between disparate systems, applications, and services.
    • Implement data mappings, transformations, and routing logic to facilitate seamless data exchange.
    • Develop custom adapters or connectors using programming languages such as Java or JavaScript to extend OIC capabilities as needed.
  3. Integration Implementation:

    • Build and deploy integration flows within OIC, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
    • Conduct testing and debugging to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of integration solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy integrations across different environments and resolve deployment issues.
  4. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

    • Provide technical support to resolve integration-related issues and troubleshoot errors effectively.
    • Monitor integration processes and performance metrics to proactively identify and address potential issues.
    • Document technical solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures for future reference.
  5. Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay updated with the latest OIC features, capabilities, and industry trends to leverage new functionalities and optimize integration solutions.
    • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to the development of best practices and standards within the organization.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, web services, and RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or JavaScript for customization and development of custom adapters.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oracle certifications in Integration Cloud or related areas are a plus.
