Oracle HCM Technical Specialist with Fast Formulas Expertise

We are seeking a proficient Oracle HCM Technical Specialist with expertise in Fast Formulas. This role demands a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and the capability to develop and maintain Fast Formulas for complex business requirements. As an Oracle HCM Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing Oracle HCM solutions, with a particular focus on Fast Formulas for payroll, benefits, and compensation modules. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, conduct system testing, and provide ongoing support. Strong technical skills in Oracle HCM Cloud, SQL, PL/SQL, and Fast Formulas are essential, along with a solid understanding of HR processes. Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are required. Previous experience in Oracle Cloud implementations with a specialization in Fast Formulas is highly desirable. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and optimize Oracle HCM solutions, focusing on Fast Formulas for payroll, benefits, and compensation modules.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and design effective solutions using Fast Formulas.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for complex business requirements in Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Conduct thorough system testing to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of Fast Formulas.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Fast Formulas, resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Fast Formulas with overall business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Oracle HCM Cloud and Fast Formulas to provide innovative solutions.
• Document Fast Formulas configurations, customizations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Assist in training end-users on Fast Formulas usage and best practices.
