We’re seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent Management, and Compensation modules. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements, configuring Oracle HCM to optimize talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation strategies. As an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, your responsibilities will include conducting workshops, gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring system setups, and providing end-user training and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations and experience with Oracle HCM modules, including ORC for recruitment, Talent Management for performance and succession planning, and Compensation for reward strategies. Proficiency in data migration, integration, and customization is desirable. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in Oracle HCM implementations with a focus on ORC, Talent, and Compensation modules and relevant certifications are preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements.
  • Conduct workshops to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Configure Oracle HCM modules to optimize talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation strategies.
  • Design and configure system setups to meet client specifications.
  • Provide end-user training and support throughout the implementation process.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution to ensure project success.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Oracle HCM modules and HR practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HR operations and processes.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM modules, including Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent Management, and Compensation.
  • Proficiency in data migration, integration, and customization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
  • Previous experience in Oracle HCM implementations preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle HCM are a plus.
