Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud Integration and HCM Module Expert to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and HCM modules to streamline HR processes. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, developing integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), configuring system setups, and providing end-user training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyzing Business Requirements:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and understand HR processes that need to be streamlined through integrations.
  2. Integration Solution Development:

    • Develop integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to connect Oracle Cloud applications with HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management.
  3. System Configuration:

    • Configure system setups and mappings within Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to ensure seamless data flow between Oracle Cloud applications and HCM modules.
  4. End-User Training and Support:

    • Provide comprehensive end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of integrated systems.
  5. Optimization and Enhancement:

    • Continuously optimize and enhance integration solutions to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of HR operations and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and data mapping techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve integration issues.
  • Previous experience in Oracle Cloud integration projects with a focus on HCM modules and relevant certifications are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
