HCM Techno Functional Consultant

We are seeking a skilled HCM Techno Functional Consultant to join our team. This role involves providing expertise in both technical and functional aspects of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements, configuring and customizing HCM software solutions, conducting system testing, and providing end-user training and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations and hands-on experience with HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Time and Attendance. Proficiency in HCM software platforms, along with technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and report development, is preferred. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential. Previous experience as an HCM consultant or analyst in a consulting or corporate environment is advantageous. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

NOTE: Please make sure that you have worked in HCM extract, Data conversion, and BIP & OTBI.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

• Extensive HCM Techno-Functional experience (Technical 70 % and 30 % Functional) – About 7-8 years. Extensive experience in any HCM Cloud applications.
• At least 3 years of implementation experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR, Absence Management, Performance Management).
• Must have at least 5 years of Support project experience in Oracle Cloud HCM-related Core HR, Absence Management, and Performance Management.
• Should have support experience working with external interfaces to 3rd party benefits, ADP, etc.
• Must be a thought leader and should be able to architect an HCM solution based on Oracle Cloud Fusion technology.
• Excellent Communication Skills and proficient functionally and technically.
• Fusion HCM implementation certification is required if no prior experience in implementing Cloud HCM
• Should be able to create OBI reports independently.
