Job Description:

As an Oracle HCM with Payroll Consultant, your role revolves around implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll solutions for clients. You collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR and payroll requirements and configure Oracle HCM modules to meet those needs. Your responsibilities include configuring core HR, benefits, absence management, talent management, and payroll modules within the Oracle HCM Cloud platform. Additionally, you ensure compliance with regulatory standards, implement data security measures, and provide end-user training and support.

Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, knowledge of payroll processing and taxation regulations, and experience with Oracle implementation methodologies are essential for success in this role. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication are crucial for understanding business requirements and delivering solutions that meet client needs. Staying updated with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud updates and industry best practices is also important for providing value-added solutions to clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR and payroll requirements, including core HR, benefits, absence management, talent management, and payroll processing.
    • Analyze existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization using Oracle HCM and Payroll solutions.
  2. Solution Design and Configuration:

    • Design and configure Oracle HCM modules to meet client-specific HR and payroll needs, including core HR, benefits administration, absence management, and talent management.
    • Customize workflows, data fields, and approval processes to align with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
  3. Payroll Processing and Compliance:

    • Configure payroll modules within Oracle HCM Cloud to accurately process payroll, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and statutory contributions.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and taxation regulations in payroll processing and reporting.
  4. Training and Support:

    • Provide comprehensive training to end-users on Oracle HCM and Payroll functionalities, including payroll processing, tax setup, and reporting.
    • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to HR and payroll functionalities.
  5. Data Security and Compliance:

    • Implement data security measures to protect sensitive employee information stored within Oracle HCM and Payroll modules.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards in the configuration and management of HR and payroll data.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including core HR, benefits, absence management, talent management, and payroll.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and taxation regulations, including statutory deductions and reporting requirements.
