Job Description: As an Oracle HCM with OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) Consultant, your primary role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) and OTL solutions for clients. You collaborate with stakeholders to understand their HR and workforce management requirements and configure Oracle HCM modules, including OTL, to meet those needs.

Your responsibilities include configuring core HR, payroll, absence management, and time tracking modules within the Oracle HCM Cloud platform. Additionally, you ensure compliance with labor regulations, implement data security measures, and provide end-user training and support for OTL functionalities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their HR and workforce management requirements.
    • Analyze business processes and identify areas where Oracle HCM and OTL solutions can address needs and improve efficiency.
  2. Solution Design and Configuration:

    • Design and configure Oracle HCM modules, including core HR, payroll, absence management, and OTL, to meet client-specific requirements.
    • Customize workflows, data fields, and approval processes to align with organizational policies and practices.
  3. Compliance and Security:

    • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and data security standards in the configuration of Oracle HCM and OTL modules.
    • Implement access controls, data encryption, and other security measures to protect sensitive employee information.
  4. Training and Support:

    • Provide comprehensive training to end-users on Oracle HCM and OTL functionalities, including time tracking, timesheet submission, and approval processes.
    • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to OTL and HCM functionalities.
  5. Integration and Optimization:

    • Integrate Oracle HCM with other systems, such as ERP and finance systems, to facilitate data exchange and streamline business processes.
    • Continuously monitor and optimize Oracle HCM and OTL configurations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including core HR, payroll, absence management, and OTL.
  • Knowledge of labor regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM and OTL modules to meet specific business needs.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
