Job Description:

As an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with expertise in Fast Formulas, you specialize in configuring and customizing Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to meet client needs. Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, particularly in Fast Formulas, is essential. Your role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand HR processes and requirements and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud to automate processes such as payroll, benefits, and compensation. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication are crucial for understanding business requirements and delivering tailored solutions. Staying updated with Oracle HCM Cloud advancements ensures the delivery of efficient and innovative HR solutions. Providing comprehensive training and support to end-users facilitates successful adoption of Oracle HCM systems, optimizing HR operations for clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR processes, policies, and requirements.
    • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and automation using Oracle HCM Cloud.
  2. Solution Design and Configuration:

    • Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules to automate HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and compensation.
    • Utilize Fast Formulas to customize calculations, validations, and rules to meet specific client requirements.
  3. Integration and Customization:

    • Integrate Oracle HCM Cloud with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data exchange and end-to-end process integration.
    • Develop custom extensions and integrations using Oracle HCM Cloud APIs and tools as needed.
  4. Testing and Quality Assurance:

    • Develop test scenarios and scripts to validate Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and customizations.
    • Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the reliability and accuracy of HR processes.
  5. Training and Support:

    • Provide comprehensive training to end-users on Oracle HCM Cloud functionality, Fast Formulas, and best practices.
    • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of Oracle HCM systems.

Skills:
