We’re seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS (Human Resources Management System) Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements, configure Oracle EBS HRMS modules, and provide expert guidance on best practices. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring system setups, and providing end-user training and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations and experience with Oracle EBS HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Self-Service HR, and Time and Labor. Proficiency in data migration, integration, and customization within Oracle EBS HRMS is desirable. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in Oracle EBS HRMS implementations and relevant certifications are preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and gather requirements to design Oracle EBS HRMS solutions.
  • Configure Oracle EBS HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Self-Service HR, and Time and Labor.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for HRMS implementation and configuration.
  • Configure system setups and perform data migration, integration, and customization tasks.
  • Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation.
  • Ensure successful deployment of Oracle EBS HRMS solutions and address any issues or concerns raised by clients.
  • Document HRMS configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay updated on Oracle EBS HRMS updates, new features, and industry trends.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HR operations and processes.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Self-Service HR, and Time and Labor.
  • Proficiency in data migration, integration, and customization within Oracle EBS HRMS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Previous experience in Oracle EBS HRMS implementations is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle EBS HRMS are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
