Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM EBS Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) with a focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules including Procurement, Landed Cost Management, Inventory, Order Management, Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), and Demantra. As an Oracle SCM EBS Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our SCM processes, implementing solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. System Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle EBS SCM modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  2. Process Optimization: Analyze existing supply chain processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  3. Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that address business needs and enhance supply chain performance.
  4. Module Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle EBS SCM modules including Procurement, Landed Cost Management, Inventory, Order Management, OPM, EAM, ASCP, and Demantra.
  5. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle EBS SCM modules, including troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and implementing enhancements.
  6. Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper utilization of Oracle EBS SCM functionalities. Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  7. Integration Management: Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle EBS SCM modules and other systems or applications.
  8. Change Management: Manage change requests and coordinate with stakeholders to assess impacts, prioritize changes, and implement updates to the system.
  9. Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies related to supply chain management.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in supply chain management. Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Extensive experience (8+ years) working with Oracle EBS SCM modules, including Procurement, Landed Cost Management, Inventory, Order Management, OPM, EAM, ASCP, and Demantra.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management processes and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Certification in Oracle E-Business Suite SCM modules is a plus.
