Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Lead with expertise in Java, Spring, Microservices, server administration (any 2 servers: JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere), Cloud technologies (AWS or Azure), DevOps practices, and containerization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of overall experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience in integration and middleware technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using Java, Spring, and Microservices architecture.
- Architect and administer server environments, including JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient integration solutions that meet business requirements.
- Utilize Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure to deploy and manage integration solutions, leveraging cloud-native services and best practices.
- Implement DevOps practices to automate deployment pipelines, continuous integration, and delivery processes for integration projects.
- Containerize integration applications using technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring portability and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and provide estimates for integration projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration solutions, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in the integration and middleware space, evaluating their potential impact on existing systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in integration and middleware technologies.
- Proficiency in Java programming language and Spring framework, with a strong understanding of Microservices architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience administering at least two of the following servers: JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere, including installation, configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including deployment and management of integration solutions in a cloud environment.
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and drive resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in relevant technologies such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Experience with other middleware and integration platforms such as MuleSoft, IBM Integration Bus, or Apache Kafka.
- Knowledge of API management tools and protocols such as Swagger, GraphQL, or RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in agile development teams.
