Role Overview:

As a Tableau Developer with over 13 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex data into meaningful insights through the development of interactive dashboards and visualizations.

Your expertise will guide data-driven decision-making across the organization, enabling stakeholders to understand key metrics and trends effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-quality, interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, tailored to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.

Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to prepare data for analysis.

Optimize Tableau reports for performance and scalability, ensuring efficient data retrieval and visualization.

Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Maintain and enhance existing Tableau dashboards, ensuring they remain relevant to business needs.

Requirements:

13+ years of experience in data visualization and business intelligence, with a strong focus on Tableau.

Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and other BI tools.

Solid understanding of SQL and experience with database management systems.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear, concise manner.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and other data preparation tools is a plus.
